Deliverable Based Contract
This is a fixed price contract for the projects with well-defined scope, requirements and clear inputs, Project completion is based upon the pre agreed milestone based deliveries & the invoices to the customer are based upon completion of defined milestones.
- The contract price is fixed firm & not the hourly rates.
- A dedicated technical SME along with a high skilled team is assigned to execute the project.
- Any slippage or delay/change in inputs or additional requirement will be considered as change management.
